This Roadsafe kit moves the diff forward providing more wheel clearance & drops the diff simultaneously correcting the effects of suspension lift allowing for full CV articulation & plunge.
The new cross member replacement diff drops we can now supply documentation just like our UCA range for engineers to sign off making them 100% road legal. The main cross member has been designed to have minimal impact on ground clearance while improving on the strength of the factory Isuzu/Mazda unit all while maintaining the OE mounting for under trays or bash plates.
The cross member has been through multiple FEA iterations simulating everything from extreme suspension loading & full vehicle mass ground strikes.
All additional components are CNC machined 6061 resulting in a lightweight & strong product.
