JM 4x4 Suspension Product Returns Policy

At JM 4x4 Suspension, we are committed to providing high-quality suspension products that enhance your off-road experience. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to return or exchange a product. Please review our product returns policy below for details on how to proceed with returns, exchanges, or refunds.

   1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product is purchased directly from JM 4x4 Suspension or an authorized dealer.
- The product is in new, unused condition and is in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product has not been installed, modified, or damaged in any way.

   2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable due to their nature, including:
- Custom or special order parts that were made specifically for your vehicle.
- Installed or used products, such as suspension kits, shocks, or struts that show signs of wear or use.
- Sale or clearance items, unless defective.

   3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at info@jm4x4suspension.com within 30 days of purchase. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for the return process.
3. Prepare the Return: Carefully package the product in its original box or packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and any other parts included). Write the RMA number on the outside of the return package.
4. Ship the Return: Send the product back to us using a tracked shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

   4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment processor.
- Exchanges: If you prefer to exchange the product for another item, we will assist you in selecting the correct product. If the new item costs more, the difference must be paid by the customer.

   5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the damaged product and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

   6. Warranty
All suspension products come with a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. Please refer to the specific warranty details for the product you purchased. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
